The database maintenance on the Provider Portal has been completed.

A software deployment failure caused the Provider Portal to briefly return 502 errors starting 03:28PM. A rollback of the feature was immediately issued and the service state recovered fully by 03:39PM.

On May 19, 2026, between 12:46 PM and 12:50 PM ET, the Provider Portal and its API endpoint were unavailable. A configuration change triggered health check failures, taking the services offline for approximately 4 minutes before they automatically recovered.
